1.0 Introduction

MES GUI (Mobile Enterprise Services) is a bulk messaging service via a user friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface) featuring several functional modules.

  • MES based messages (either SMS or MMS) are sent by content providers to mobile subscribers at zero cost.
  • A content provider refers to Commercial/Enterprise operators who provide commercial /informative messages to mobile users.
  • Message types supported includes text, multimedia content or a combination of both.
  • MES GUI supports 1-way and 2-way messaging to/from network operators all over the world
  • It allows the administrator to monitor and manage users, via a user friendly interface.
  • MES GUI modules are designed for single user and multi user access levels according to the product package subscribed.
  • The Mobile Broadcast, Message Box and CRM modules are not enabled by default. These are additional paid modules on top of the standard packages for both single and multi-users.

1.1 Login

MES GUI is a convenient web-based service that is accessible through the URL below:

  • Multi users: http://e-mes.etracker.cc/<virtual directory>
  • Single user: http://e-mes.etracker.cc/mes

  1. Enter your valid user ID and authorized password in the login page.
  2. Click "LOGIN" to enter the web page.
  3. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view the following and navigate from there.

This section allows you to:

  1. Change your language setting to English or Chinese.
  2. View your credit balance for SMS, MMS and Network Query for prepaid subscribers. For postpaid subscribers, this will not be displayed.

  • MES GUI now supports the following browsers:
    • Internet Explorer version 11 and above,
    • Mozilla Firefox version 26 and above &
    • Google Chrome version 31 and above.
